Our Story

Rohit Bisht Pty Ltd was founded on a simple conviction: organisations do their best work when they receive honest, independent advice rather than sales dressed up as strategy. From our base in Perth, we set out to build a practice that puts the client's interest first — every engagement, every recommendation, every time.

Since our establishment, we have advised founders, owner-operators and leadership teams across Western Australia on the decisions that matter most: how to sharpen their operating model, untangle complex problems, and move forward with confidence. We keep our practice deliberately boutique. This means the principal who scopes your engagement is the same person who delivers it.

We work with clients of all sizes — from solo operators needing a sounding board, to established businesses undertaking significant change. Whatever the scale, our approach remains the same: listen carefully, analyse rigorously, and communicate plainly.
